Every paid plan has a hard usage cap and a soft warning at 80%. We don’t do automatic overage charging. You hit the cap, we pause, you decide whether to top up or wait.

What happens if I hit my monthly limit?+
Hard block at 100% with a clear upgrade prompt. We’ll never auto-charge you for overage. Soft warning at 80% so you can plan. Top-up packs let you add capacity without changing plan.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes — upgrade is instant (you’re billed pro-rata for the rest of the cycle), downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Quotas don’t roll over month to month, but unused top-up packs do.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes, every paid plan has a 17% discount when billed annually (10× monthly = 12 months). You can switch billing cadence at renewal.
What about Gemini AI costs on top of the subscription?+
Bring-your-own — the subscription covers the platform, not the underlying AI. Gemini’s free tier covers most light usage; you’ll typically spend £0–£15/month on AI. We never mark up AI costs or proxy through our infrastructure.
What’s included in the 14-day free trial?+
Same as the Solo plan — 100 ad generations, 50 emails, 4 trend reports. After 14 days you pick a paid tier or downgrade to Free (5 ad gens / 5 emails / month, forever). No credit card needed to start.
Self-host vs hosted — what’s the difference?+
Same software. Hosted gets you backups, auto-updates, no DevOps. Self-host (Sovereignty Package, £999 once) puts everything on your hardware — no subscription, no phone-home, you own the install. Switch between them any time; data is fully exportable.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at end of the current period (no proration). Data preserved 30 days post-cancel for any change-of-mind window. Full export at any time before deletion.
