What if you go out of business?+
Your install keeps running. Self-host literally has no dependency on our infrastructure — no licence server, no API call we control, no phone-home check. The Docker image you have today will run for years.
Is it watermarked or branded?+
No watermark. The single Sovereign licence is fully unbranded — no ‘Powered by Scarif One’ footer on generated output (emails, landing pages, share cards, exported PDFs). It looks 100% yours, and it includes white-label resale rights so you can run it in front of clients under your own brand.
Do I need to know DevOps to install it?+
If you can copy-paste a Docker command, you can install it. We provide step-by-step guides for Mac mini, Unraid, Synology NAS, and a generic VPS. Total install time is under 10 minutes.
What’s the licence?+
Proprietary — you have the right to run it on your own infrastructure for your own business and your clients, including white-label resale. The licence is a signed Ed25519 file verified offline (no phone-home). Full licence text ships in the package and is re-viewable on /superadmin/license inside your install once you’ve completed setup (the install itself is done via /install on first boot).
What about hosting Scarif One for my agency clients?+
The single Sovereign licence (£1,999) runs unlimited brands on one install with white-label resale rights — sell it to clients under your own brand name, your own logo, your own custom domain. No per-brand fee, no seat fee. For unusual configurations talk to us.
What happens after the first year of updates?+
Your install keeps running forever — we never ship a kill switch. To keep receiving updates (new features, security patches, AI vendor migrations), optional maintenance renews at £499/year. You can renew, or skip a year and renew later. Existing customers always get the lowest renewal price; we don’t ratchet it up.
Can I migrate from hosted to self-host (or vice versa) later?+
Yes. One-click data export gives you JSON of every brand profile, generated content, asset library, config. Spin up the other deployment shape, import, you’re running. If you start on hosted and later buy a Sovereign licence, we’ll credit some of your hosted spend toward the licence.
Do I still bring my own API keys?+
Yes — Scarif One never proxies AI or integration calls. Every tenant brings its own Gemini / Shopify / Meta / Klaviyo / OpenAI / Anthropic tokens. Your costs are predictable, your data flow is direct, and we have zero visibility into your spend.
What’s the install guarantee?+
24-hour install guarantee — if you can’t get it running on standard Docker-capable hardware within 24 hours of purchase, we’ll refund in full. After that the standard refund window doesn’t apply (you’ve got the source code), but if something genuinely doesn’t work we’ll always make it right.
