1. The 14-day money-back guarantee (hosted tiers)
Every paid hosted Scarif One subscription — Founder, Brand, Studio, or Atelier — comes with a no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first payment. If, in those 14 days, you decide Scarif isn’t for you, request a refund and we will:
- Refund 100% of the amount paid (the original transaction, not pro-rated)
- Cancel the subscription immediately, with no further charges
- Process the refund within 5 working days of the request, via the original payment method
- Preserve your data for 30 days after refund so you can re-subscribe at any time without losing what you built
How to request a refund
Go to /billingin your dashboard and click “Request refund”. You can also email tom@scarifone.com directly with your tenant slug. Tom personally reviews every refund request and replies within one business day. You don’t need to provide a reason.
What this means in practice
Generate as many ads / videos / emails as you want during the 14 days. Run them. Push them to Meta or Google. Use the bonuses. If you don’t see Scarif paying its way, ask for the refund and you get the lot back. We accept the operational risk because the alternative — pretending tools always work for everyone — is dishonest.
Limits and exclusions (small print)
- The 14-day window starts from the first paid invoice (not from signup)
- Tier upgrades within an existing paid subscription don’t reset the clock — the original 14-day window applies to the original payment
- Annual pre-pay accounts get the same 14-day full-refund window. Beyond 14 days, annual subscriptions are not pro-rated (this is the trade-off for the discount); cancel and the rest of the year is honoured but not refunded
- Refunds are only made to the original payment method
- If you exceeded any tier’s usage cap by 5× or more in the 14-day window, we may pro-rate the refund to net of provider costs you’ve actually incurred us — but this has never happened in practice
2. The 24-hour install guarantee (Sovereign self-host tiers)
Every Sovereign self-host purchase — Sovereign ($9,999), Sovereign Pro ($24,999), or Sovereign Atelier ($44,999) — comes with a 24-hour install guarantee. If the platform isn’t running on your infrastructure within 24 hours of you starting the install, we will:
- Refund 100% of the licence fee
- Pay you for your setup time, capped at 4 hours × $125/hour ($500)
- Help you uninstall cleanly if you ask, at no additional cost
What counts as “running”
The platform is “running” once you can:
- Sign in to the dashboard at your installed URL
- Generate at least one ad creative end-to-end
- See the brand profile editor and at least one connected integration

What we ask of you
- Install on a supported platform (current list at /docs/install)
- Have your AI provider keys (Gemini, fal.ai, Stape if used) ready in advance
- Reach out to support before the 24-hour mark if anything is blocking — we can’t fix what we don’t know about
3. Founders Charter acquisition lock
The Founders Charter ($2,499 lifetime, capped at 100) carries a special term: if Scarif One is acquired by another company at any point in the future, your Founders Charter licence and all its features transfer with you. The acquiring company cannot revoke your access, alter the feature set, or convert you to a different plan without your written consent. This is written into the Founders Charter terms at the point of purchase.
4. Atelier first-30-days client guarantee
Atelier customers (the agency tier) get an additional guarantee: if the first managed client you onboard via Scarif doesn’t see measurable lift within 30 days, we’ll work with you free for the next 30 days — until they do. “Measurable lift” means a 10%+ improvement in any of: ROAS, click-through rate, conversion rate, or AOV. Defined and reviewed jointly with you.
5. Tom’s personal guarantee
I’m Tom, the founder. I personally read every refund request and approve them. The refund flow doesn’t go through a support queue — it goes through me. If something feels wrong about how the refund or install guarantee was handled, my email is tom@scarifone.com and I read it.
